1. Overview and age requirement

This Privacy Policy explains what information LifeConverted collects and how it is used. This site is intended for adults aged 21 or older. By using this site you represent that you meet this age requirement.

This policy is a general template. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapted to your specific business, jurisdiction, and data practices before relying on it.

2. Information we collect

When you apply for an account we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number (used for SMS verification), and the name or code of whoever referred you.

We do not collect a mailing address at signup. A mailing address is collected later, only if and when a member-area service requires one.

When a member accepts the member terms, we record the date and time, the IP address, and the browser user-agent of that acceptance, and keep that record as evidence of the agreement.

3. Calculator and profile data

The dose-estimator profile (sex, age, height, and weight) that you enter into the calculator is stored only in your own browser, using localStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers and we never see or store it.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use your browser's localStorage to remember your theme preference (light or dark) and your calculator profile inputs described above. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. SMS and phone verification

We use the mobile phone number you provide to send one-time verification codes at signup and to send account-related notifications, using a third-party SMS provider. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Third-party services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms. Our pages may also include outbound affiliate links, such as links to Rythm Health. Clicking a third-party link takes you to a site outside our control, governed by that site's own privacy policy and terms.

7. How we use information

We use the information we collect to create and secure your account, verify your identity, send SMS codes and notifications, operate and improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (such as our SMS and bot-protection providers), or when required by law.

9. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

You may update your account information, request deletion of your account, or clear your locally-stored calculator profile and theme preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Contact us to exercise other rights available under applicable law.

12. Children

This site is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
